Unity has announced the winners of its 2025 Unity for Humanity Grant, recognising the work of ten developers from nine countries.

Winners will receive investment from the Unity Charitable Grant which has been increased to $600,000.

Funding will support the development of projects, building working prototypes, as well as marketing and distribution.

Submissions were chosen based on how they “address global challenges aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals” in addition to “vision, impact, inclusion, and viability”.

Split Studio, Boland Parwaz, and World Ocean Observatory were among the winners. Jubilee Studios received the most votes for its American Sign Language education app Small Talk ASL in the final round, and also received the Judges’ Choice Award.
